“The vote today signals the legislative interest in advancing a conversation about what role short term rentals should play in helping invest in housing solutions for our state. I am grateful we will have the opportunity to continue this conversation and look forward to working with all parties to find a solution that funds more affordable and workforce housing for Californians in need.”
